The Ron Jackson Agency November donation deserves some special explanation. All year long our staff contributes to an adopted Christmas Family. Every Friday individuals “pay” $2 to wear jeans and/or $3 to bring our dogs to work for the day. Throughout 2014 our staff collected $504.00. We contacted one of our favorite local not-for-profit organizations, Open Doors. The dynamic Stephanie Hoffman connected us with an AMAZING family. We had a young couple and their nearly 18 month old daughter for Christmas “adoption.” Reading their selfless wishlist hooked all of us in! They are newly located in a safe, warm home so we had household items to help with as well. Because we were so inspired by this lovely young family, we decided to add our November Quotes for a Cause total of $246.00 to our totals. This brought us to $750.00 for our family. Our team worked together to organize, shop, wrap, and deliver a slice of Christmas to this wonderful family. We are so very grateful for Open Doors and organizations like them that make a HUGE difference in our communities.
