Holiday, Celebrate!

The time of year is starting! It’s on all of our minds… the HOLIDAYS! Holiday hours are starting and the stores are staying open later! This time of year puts a big smile on my face. It’s more than the intangibles that do it for me; the gathering of family & friends, cooking & baking, feasting on delicious fare, and the beautiful decor inside and out, especially Christmas lights! It’s just a magical time of year that puts a twinkle in the eyes of children and adults alike. Maybe it’s the 2 week break that kids have off of school, or the iPads that Santa brings them?

Now that Thanksgiving is just a mere 2 weeks away, we can start to think about our holiday work schedule, or lack thereof. Just Monday our Director of First Impressions, Christine, aka our fabulous receptionist, asked the powers that be what our special holiday hours were this coming season. As always, we are lucky enough to have both Thanksgiving and Black Friday off, Christmas and New Year’s Day, of course, but we also get to close early on New Years Eve! This just may be the first NYE Ron Jackson Agency has scheduled in the 8 holiday seasons that I’ve worked here! We can definitely toast to that!!
